Finally, here are a few of Gong Ping’s photos. They look really good, at least for me, and I think I accomplished my mission of taking « natural photos » of a young woman’s life. Wangjiao liked them a lot, as well as the other people in the office.

- The next day, he started saying they were not sexy enough, and that she had too many clothes on, and that they would have been perfect if she was not wearing her winter clothes on. It’s quite true she was warmly dressed in many of my shots lol. She was feeling really cold, I realised it when I asked her to try a nice small white top I had, her arms had chicken skin just after a few seconds, and it kept on like that all the rest of the session. I was quite surprised of his statement for another more important reason: he wanted every day life photos. That critic didn’t only include me, as that same day he suddenly decided that we didn’t have enough sexy stuff, and that we were drifting from our goal. Still, after speaking deeply about the last days’ work with him one evening, of course around a few kungfu tea cups, he announced a very interesting thought that made me understand his meaning:
« You took great photos of her, she has many nice expressions, which is better that what we have elsewhere… but with her looking so deeply at the camera, those photos would have been perfect for some kind of nude art. It’s true, I wanted daily life photos, but what I meant by that was Gong Ping MOT looking directly at the camera, for example looking at the sky, busy fiddling with her common tasks, concentrated on what she is doing, and forgetting YOU. » Keeping it short, I did a mix of two things that don’t really match: direct look, for erotic shots, and daily life invironment and a lot of clothes, for natural shots. That’s, of course, his own interpretation 😉 …
